How can I order your plants?
You can order our plants directly through our webshop.
Simply add your favorite plants to your cart and complete the checkout process.
Need a VAT invoice?
No problem! After placing your order, send an email to info@plantlovers.eu with:

Which payment methods do you accept?
We offer several secure payment options:

How can I find out when a plant is restocked?
If the plant you want is out of stock, click the
“Email me when available” button on the product page.
You’ll automatically receive an email as soon as it’s back in stock — first come, first served!
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order be shipped?
We usually ship orders on Monday or Tuesday to prevent plants from being stuck in a warehouse over the weekend.

Benelux orders: If the weather allows, we also ship until Wednesday, as delivery usually takes only 1–2 days.

Weather conditions: We check temperatures at both our location and yours. If it’s too hot or too cold, we may delay shipping to protect your plants.

Do you ship outside of the EU?
No, we only ship within the EU to selected countries.
Some EU countries, such as Malta or very remote areas, are excluded because:

Because plants are living products, we handle returns carefully to ensure both customer satisfaction and plant health.
B2B & Wholesale
Do you sell to businesses or retailers?
Our webshop Plantlovers.eu is focused on direct sales to individual customers. 🌱
Our parent company, Kwekerij Dirk Mermans, supplies plants to wholesalers across Europe.
While we don’t sell directly to retailers, you can find our plants via resellers such as:
Waterdrinker, Nieuwkoop, Gimall, Floreac, Koberg, Grow Design, and others.
Some wholesale customers purchase via Royal Flora Holland.
If you want to buy through this platform, you’ll need a Royal Flora Holland account.
Please contact them directly for membership information.

Extra Questions
Can I visit your nursery?
Our nursery is not open to the public on a daily basis.
We do organize special events, such as Plantlovers Day, where you can visit, attend workshops, and shop our plants in person.
Follow us on Instagram or subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed about upcoming events.
Do you ship to Malta?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Malta.
The shipping costs are very high and customs procedures cause long delays, which can harm the plants.
