Plantlovers Day – May 23
Join us for Plantlovers Day at our greenhouse: a relaxed day filled with plants, learning and meeting fellow plant lovers.

Plantlovers Day is the perfect opportunity to visit the greenhouse, discover rare plants and meet other plant lovers.
Pop-Up Shop (free access)
Our Plantlovers pop-up shop is freely accessible throughout the day and does not require registration.
You are welcome to stop by, browse the plants and take your time choosing your favourites.
During the event you will find:
• a wide selection of rare and unusual houseplants
• large specimens and collector plants
• some plants not available in the webshop
The pop-up shop is open from 10:00 to 18:00.
Guided Greenhouse Tours – €5
Discover how our plants are grown during a guided tour of the greenhouse.
Our team will explain how we propagate and grow tropical plants, and you’ll have plenty of opportunity to ask questions along the way.
Tours are available in Dutch, French and English and last approximately 1.5 hours.
Workshop: Propagation & Repotting with Dirk – €15
Join Dirk Mermans (Mr. Plantlovers) for a practical workshop where you’ll learn the basics of plant propagation and repotting.
During the workshop you will:
• learn how to take cuttings
• practice repotting techniques
• work hands-on with plants under Dirk’s guidance
Workshops take place at 10:00 and 14:00 and last approximately 1.5 hours.
Places are limited to keep the workshop hands-on.
Workshop: Build Your Own Moss Pole – €35
In this workshop, guided by biologist Arne, you will build your own sphagnum moss pole and learn how to properly attach a climbing plant to it.
All materials are included:
• high-quality sphagnum moss
• pole structure
• pot and potting mix
• a plant to attach to the pole
You will leave the workshop with a fully planted moss pole ready to grow at home.
Places are limited.
Lunch (optional) – €5
Between 11:00 and 13:00 we offer a simple sandwich lunch with a drink.
Please register in advance so we can prepare the right amount of food and avoid unnecessary food waste.
