How do I book your services?
Simply contact us and we will arrange a visit to your home or place of work and after a survey and discussion of your needs will will then give you a FREE, No-Obligation quote and then you can decide for there!
Do I need to present when you clean?
If you're happier being around as we clean that's fine by us but many of our customers give us a key to their place of work or home and alarm codes if necessary and leave us to get on with it. We keep keys and access information securely for your peace of mind.
Who supplies the cleaning products?
All our staff are equipped with cleaning equipment. We use products that have proved to work well in relevant cleaning procedures to give you the best results. For Hygiene reasons, we do require to use your own Mop & Bucket.
Will I always have the same cleaner/s?
We always try to send the same cleaners to their regular offices and homes as this not only works better as our cleaner gets familiar with the work needed but also it helps you and us build up a relationship.
What if I need to change my appointment?
Simply contact us and please try to give us 48 hours notice and we will re-arrange the visit.
What if something gets damaged during a clean?
All our cleaners are fully insured and if there are any breakages we will make every effort to repair or replace it. Unfortunately, accidents do happen so we kindly ask, if you have anything of sentimental value or really expensive, please keep it in a safe place.
What if I'm not happy with your clean?
Our cleaning is 100% guaranteed so, in the unlikely event that you are not happy with any part of our work, we will return with 48 hours to rectify it to your satisfaction. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.
