Anthurium Patina is an exclusive seed-grown F1 hybrid developed through our own breeding programme at Kwekerij Dirk Mermans in Belgium.

This selection stands out for its broad, heart-shaped leaves and beautifully subtle colour transitions. New foliage emerges in soft bronze-green to olive tones, sometimes with a delicate reddish margin, before gradually developing a deeper green colour as the leaf matures.

The leaf surface displays a gently quilted texture, with softly raised sections and understated venation. Rather than the deeply sculpted appearance of some other Anthurium hybrids, Patina has a more delicate, harmonious character, combining its distinctive foliage with warm, muted colours.

As the plant continues to grow, its leaf shape, proportions, texture and colour may develop further. Its mature characteristics are still being evaluated as part of our ongoing breeding programme.

Patina was carefully selected from our seed-grown F1 hybrids for its distinctive foliage and promising characteristics.

Available in limited quantities as part of our exclusive collection of in-house Anthurium hybrids.
